How Shatavari Supports Breastfeeding Mothers: Benefits and Usage

Shatavari is an ancient herb from Ayurvedic medicine. It is often referred as a “female-friendly herb” as it offers several health benefits to women. It is scientifically called Asparagus racemosus and has been in use for centuries to help women having with menstrual issues, balance hormones and enhance breast milk production for lactating mothers.
